Everyone has time and space to work on Ecopulz in addition to their customer-oriented assignment. In that too, our people focus on exactly what they are good at. We help each other, learn from each other and strengthen each other.

Oh yes, we don't like procedural barriers, obstacles or rules that diminish creativity. A waste of energy and potential. Because we want to unleash that potential to the fullest.

"I want to contribute to the energy transition with my knowledge and experience. Until now, at Ecopulz I have mainly used it in the field of project and asset management. Because I would like to get more out of myself and the people around me, I am going to use my training budget for the training 'NLP Practitioner'. This will allow me to increase my impact even further. I love that Ecopulz motivates that growth and development. And also the open and stimulating feedback culture particularly appeals to me."
