Energie voor Elkaar is a platform of organizations and companies that focuses on a feasible and affordable acceleration of the energy transition, by developing, realizing and operating smart green heat networks. For this it is important that all assets are well mapped and managed.

Olaf and Erik-Jan started the project at Energie voor Elkaar to optimize asset management. They are creating a blueprint for all current assets, which can also be applied to future sustainable systems, regardless of the type of energy source. The goal is to use the assets as sustainably as possible.

We started with a GAP analysis to find out what (technical) information is already present, what is still missing and what is needed to complete the ISO55000 file. This clarified what needs to be improved or added. This was done by organizing risk workshops and setting up a risk register. Important processes were also identified and described. No advice is written from the office, but all ideas are directly tested by applying them to technical installations that are already being operated.
