As Junior Controller at Ecopulz you bring structure to a growing financial administration. You translate data into insight. You point out what others miss. And you will help the management make choices that are really based on something.
You not only process administration. You help organize reliability.
This is what you will be working on
Ecopulz is growing fast. We support more and more collective heat systems - with fault management, management and full operations. That means multiple administrations, different projects and contract types, and reports to asset owners that must always be correct.
Financial structure must move with that growth. And that is exactly where you come in.
You will contribute to the financial backbone of our organization. Not as someone who completes tasks - but as someone who thinks, improves and identifies.
What you specifically do:
You process and check financial administrations. You link and consolidate multiple administrations. You monitor the financial overview per project. You support monthly and quarterly reports. You identify deviations and ask critical questions. You think actively about process improvements. You optimize the setup of AFAS. And you discuss figures and insights with the board and management.
Who are you?
At Ecopulz we don't like lists you have to meet. We find curiosity and ownership more important than a row of checkmarks. Yet there are a few things that are important
You work accurately and do not lose track of things when there is a lot going on at once. You quickly see connections in figures - and you ask questions when something is not right. You don't wait for instructions but pick things up. And you feel at home in an environment where you have real influence on how things work.
You have hbo-work and thinking level in a financial direction and 0 to 3 years relevant work experience. Experience with AFAS is a bonus - but not a requirement. We are happy to teach you.
You don't have to master everything perfectly already. If you take ownership and keep learning, we will come a long way.

- A salary between € 2,250 and € 2,750 per month based on 24 hours, depending on your experience and knowledge.
- 25 vacation days per year, plus a personal choice budget (PKB) of 18% of your gross annual salary - freely deployable for extra leave, study, company fitness or a bicycle
- A performance bonus of 10% on your annual salary
- A fixed study budget of € 3,000 per year.
- 6 extra days off for your own holidays - or save them up for an extra vacation week
