What does your role as Junior Asset Manager entail?
At Ecopulz, you mainly work on assignments. This means that you will work at the client's office. Your tasks and responsibilities may vary per assignment, but usually you will be busy coordinating maintenance and (re)investments at our clients with sustainable generation facilities and heat networks. You also manage contacts with project management and deal with the management and implementation of the client's organization. And of course you carry out technical optimizations.
Who are we looking for?
At Ecopulz, people are our main focus. That is our starting point with clients and with us internally. Therefore, we do not like lists of qualities you have to meet. But you do have an entrepreneurial attitude and an excellent sense for coming up with solutions.Of course you have a relevant HBO/WO education and a good knowledge of and interest in the energy transition. Finally, you have up to 3 years of work experience.
What do we offer you?

- A salary between €3,000 and €4,000 per month, depending on your experience and knowledge;
- 25 vacation days per year, plus a personal choice budget (PKB) of 18% of your gross annual salary, which can be paid out flexibly, used for extra leave or tax-friendly goals such as study, company fitness or a bicycle;
- A 10% performance bonus on your annual salary;
- A fixed study budget of €3,000 per year to further develop yourself;
- a flexible mobility budget;
- 6 extra days off to choose your own holidays, or save them up for an extra vacation week;
- intensive mentoring from experienced senior Enablers who will help you grow in your role.
